Studies:
Agriculturalist, graduate of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, a landscape architect with MPhil degree of Edinburgh University and a Doctor of Environmental Education of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece.

Research interests:
Focused on theoretical issues concerning Environmental Education/Education for Sustainability, the production of Educational material, the development of sustainable schools, the awareness of young people on space issues, space values and the activation of the participation of school community in ecological and pedagogical redevelopment of school-grounds and its utilization as educational tool.
From 2001 to 2006 she has coordinated the Greek National Network of Environmental Education, titled “The Schoolyard” and has participated in many projects with local authorities for the participatory redevelopment of school grounds.
